Reiki Level 1 Training

Reiki is the practice of attuning to the universal life force energy to create physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual balance. You may already be using Reiki informally when you lay your hands on a sore muscle or focus thoughts of healing and love for a companion. Reiki is available to everyone who is open to the universal life force energy, and is a simple practice that anyone can learn.

This First Degree Reiki Training class will introduce you to the Reiki Method of healing, learn the protocols for self healing, and restore balance within yourself. You will learn the traditional and non traditional methodologies through the exploration of Reiki history, and receive a First Degree Reiki Attunement. By the end of the training, you will have a general understanding of chakras and aura, and develop a Reiki practice for self-treatment plus how to give your animal companions Reiki.

Class times are Saturday Nov.11, 2pm to 6pm and Sunday Nov.12 11am - 6pm. Students should bring a light lunch for Sunday. Water and tea provided during class hours.
