Aromatherapy 101

Learn how to safely and effectively use essential oils for improving your health. In this 101 workshop we will discuss choosing your oils, EO carriers, plus how to blend your oils. Each participant will take home their own Essential Oil roll-on created in class. Workshop is $35 per person.

This workshop is taught by Darlene Shanks, a graduate of Aromahead Institute and a NAHA (National Association for Holistic Aromatherapy), and AIA (Alliance of International Aromatherapists) Certified

Aromatherapist. Her certification included a focus on botany, essential oil chemistry, blending and formulating products, and therapeutic use of essential oils. In an effort to help others understand the proper way of using aromatherapy, Darlene began doing workshops to educate consumers. She enjoys sharing with others the beautiful healing modality of aromatherapy.
