What is a Chakra?
Chakra is the Sanskrit word for wheel, and refers to wheels of energy corresponding with organs, nerves, and the emotional body. Chakras store our thoughts, feelings and experiences and they directly influence our present state of mind. The chakra system is your body's prana (energy) not seen by the eye, but can be sensed and felt with intuitive touch.
How does Energy Medicine work?
In a Reiki & Crystal healing session the practitioner connects to the chakras stored energy and sets intention to clear blockages in the chakra body. This subtle energy shifts the chakra flow to a more harmonious balance.
